Foods you should vow never to eat to safeguard your weight

1.Smoothies: You must wonder that what bad could a combination of fruit and yogurt do for your health. But smoothies are not made up of just fruits and yogurt. 5.Grilled chicken: Don’t reach for that handkerchief as this is understandably one of the favourite foods of most people. But calorie-wise this fast food gives you much more fat and salt than you need in a day, forget just one sitting.

6.Coffee cake muffins: Muffins are often mistaken to be healthy alternatives of doughnuts. But they can be high in fats.
