Weight Loss Tips that will help you keep at it

So you have had a strong resolve not to touch that apple pie or that cream-rich pastry. But all your senses are dragging you there. How should you stop yourself? Well, let’s see.   • Don’t deprive yourself of food that you love: You can still have your favourite food instead of refraining from them while you plan to lose weight. How do you go about it then?   • Be honest to yourself and never give up: It is easier said than done. But what’s life without a challenge. So get up and wear those walking shoes and get yourself on track. Keep a check on your calories so that you don’t go overboard. Write it down so that you don’t forget. Or tell people who can help you keep track of it. It is the average calorie intake which matters. The most important point is that everyone has good and bad days. There will be days when you’d just want to give up and have that chocolate brownie which you love the most. Go ahead. But when you are back in your normal mood, ensure that you work to limit the damage.
